The Great Wall Type Mesh Conveyor Belt
The great wall type mesh belt also called honeycomb belt, flat Wire belt, is a straight-running belt with an extremely high strength-to-weight ratio. It is available in a wide variety of aperture configurations to suit applications as diverse as casting, baking, drainage and packaging. The belt is constructed from formed flat wire strips connected by cross rods running through the width of the mesh. The rods are finished with either welded button edges or hooked edges.
Types: Standard Duty Clinched Selvage Belting; Standard Duty Welded Selvage Belting; Heavy Duty Welded Selvage Belting; Heavy Duty Clinched Selvage Belting; Key-Turn Heavy Duty Radius Belting.
Materials: AISI304(DIN1.4301), SUS304; AISI316(DIN1.4401), SUS304. And other grade of stainless steel. Also available with galvanized low carbon steel(C-1015) and high carbon steel(C-1045).
