50 mesh brass wire mesh indicates 50 holes within a lineal inch. Plain weave is the most commonly used weave. Each weft wire passes over one and under one warp wire, and each warp wire passes over one and under on weft wire, warp and weft wires generally have the same diameter. Brass wire is an alloy of copper and zinc, it has much better abrasion resistance, better corrosion resistance and lower electrical conductivity as compared with copper. 50mesh and 60mesh are the most frquently produced in our factory.

8) Brass mesh has lower electricity and heat conductivity but better abrasion and corrosion resistance, better tensile strength compared with copper mesh cloth.
