Micro Expanded Metal Mesh Stainless Steel
Micro expanded metal is a kind of special expanded metals made of fine metal sheets, different with standard diamond expanded metals. With finer dimensions of the mesh openings, micro expanded metal is used as the substitute materials for filtration sheets. Materials available for micro expanded metal include stainless steel, aluminum, brass, carbon steel.
The smallest hole size we can do is 2mm*1mm, thinnest thickness is 0.2mm, the narrowest strand width is 0.2mm.

Standard Expanded Metal is directly slit and stretched by punching machines without other processing,The strand width and bond come in with an angle with the plate surface.
